Trademark Search Report Before Filing
The first and most important step to a successful trademark registration is the Search.
The search will check whether the name has already been registered and whether it complies with trade mark laws. The results will be sent to you in a separate search report. You will then have enough information to know whether you should proceed with trademark filing. We are also happy to have a conversation with you to discuss the report. If you do decide to place an order to file an application in the UK or EU then the cost of the search will be discounted. Sadly our associates in other countries do not offer this discount but we are trying to persuade them it would be a great service to offer.
